Waiting 30 to 60 minutes after you eat allows the ph in your mouth to become balanced and gives the enamel a chance to harden itself. Some foods to watch out for in regards to being high in acidity include:

  • Citrus and Dried Fruits
  • Sugar (brown, refined, or honey)
  • Sports Drinks
